Cancellation Policy

At V For Hair, your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

As a boutique, appointment based salon, we carefully allocate time for every client and many of our stylists have waiting lists. We completely understand that life can change and sometimes appointments need to be moved. We simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we have the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.

Standard appointments

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice are eligible for a refund of any appointment payment or deposit, where applicable.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be non refundable.

Appointments with Vicki

Due to Vicki's limited availability and extensive waiting list, appointments booked with Vicki require a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with at least 72 hours notice are eligible for a refund of any appointment payment or deposit, where applicable.

Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours notice may be non refundable.

Missed appointments

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us beforehand, any payment or deposit associated with the booking may be forfeited.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require future appointments to be paid for in advance.

Running late

Please contact us if you are running late. We will always do our best to accommodate you, however arriving late may mean we need to shorten or adjust your service so that we do not impact the appointments of clients following you.

In some circumstances, if there is no longer enough time to safely and professionally complete your service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and our cancellation policy may apply.

A little courtesy goes a long way

Our salon operates around individually reserved appointment times. When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, it can be very difficult to fill that space, particularly for longer colour and transformation appointments.

We genuinely appreciate your understanding and courtesy in giving us plenty of notice when your plans change.
