What is Victoria Jane all about?

Victoria Jane is a Christchurch-based lifestyle brand and salon founded by hairstylist and artist Vicki Ogden-O'Fee. Under one roof you'll find two things: Victoria Jane - homeware, wallpaper, wall art, fashion and accessories designed by Vicki and inspired by her love of colour, pattern and playfulness - and V For Hair, our Merivale salon, where Vicki and her team specialise in grey hair transitions, colour, perms and cuts. Everything we design and every product we stock is chosen with a working stylist's eye for what actually works.

 

LOCATION

Where are you based? 

We are based in Christchurch, New Zealand. Our salon, V For Hair, is at 189 Papanui Road, Merivale, Christchurch - you can view many of our products in person there.

 

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Do you ship to my country? 

Yes we ship globally.

 

I’ve received my order but I think it is faulty, what do I do? 

Contact us at info@victoriajane.co.nz and we will get this sorted with you ASAP

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

We aim to dispatch the day your order is received. Most orders arrive in 24 hours, but sometimes this is out of our hands due to courier company restraints.

 

PRODUCTS AND DESIGN

Where are the collections made? 

We have manufacturers in New Zealand and globally, India is a country we deal with frequently. All our factories are verified. 

 

How are the designs created? 

Victoria Jane herself starts with sketches, photos, mood boards and uniquely curates each design.

 

What are the fabrics made out of? 

We use a variety of fabrics depending on the item. All fabrics are listed on each product listing. Victoria does a lot of research before an item is manufactured to ensure fabric quality.

 

SHOPPING ONLINE

Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it is placed? 

Yes, but you would need to do this very quickly after ordering as we aim for same day dispatch.

 

How can I find out when an item is back in stock? 

You are able to contact us to be put on the backorder list or you can be notified via the email notification sign up on the product listing page.
